Migraines and diet was not relative on old days forwoman. But today after big researchs we know that estrogen level is connected to serotonin level on woman. When a woman’s estrogen level falls it means her serotonin level will fall also. Brain awakes on serotonin fall and warn you about it by migraine.
It’s the main reason of migraine on menopause era of women. It’s not possible to treat migraine. Especially with diet. But it’s possible to avoid more migraine crisis. First of all a woman with migraine must eat healhty every time. And it’s also important to equalise tyramine, phenylethylamine and histamine amines. Migraines and Diet. But today we know that some foods , nuasea and vomiting are causing the migraine. Especially some foods include amines are the main reason of migraine. Today scientists take migranies and diet 5 together. They are advising not to eat some foods that are full of enzimes like tyramine, phenylethylamine and histamines. They are triggering serotonin and other hormones on brain. This hormon spread is unscheduled and raising blood vassel. So it’s one of the main reason on migraine.
Today scientists are also working on food that is fighting against migraine. Migraines and diet 5 is now a way of fighting migraine. The foods that are fighting with migraine are grains, fruits and vegetables. On the last reports we saw also spinach. There’s high connection between magnesium and migraine crisis. Spinach is the best way to equalise magnesium on brain. If there’s magnesium shortage, brain will warn you for this by migraine crisis. A migraine patient also have to decrease serotonin level on his body. Eating healthy will also decrease the migraine levels and make you healthier.

But last reports showed us a migraine diet is one of the best way to stop food related migraines. Foods that are creating worst migraine crisis are chocolate, citrus, cheese and alcohol. These foods are triggering the serotonin hormone on brain. And this timeless and unscheduled  raise in serotonin creates migraine. Also there are food chemicals that are triggering the migraine. It can be find in aged or blue cheese, fish, red wine or beer and soy souce. Phenylethylamine is another migraine starter amine and it can be find in cheesecake, chocolate, red wine and yellow cheeses. Histamine is an amine that we are hearing everyday for more. It’s in the banana, pineapple, chocolate, tomato , spinach and strawberry. A migraine diet that is for avoiding this amines is very important to stop the migraine. But this amines are need for people and you must use the very carefully.

Migraine is an ilness that gives a high pain o an a side of brain. Migraine have several reasons and scientists are still searching its reasons. But general reasons of migraine are light, sound, nausea and vomiting. Light is one of the main reasons of migraine. Sometimes visual impairments causes eyes to send the light to brain wrongly. Brain tries to process the imaginations but wrong lights make some bad processing and cause migraine. Sound, nausea and vomiting also creates migraine.
There’s also a relationship between migraine and diet. In old times scientist thought there’s no direct relation between migraines and diet. But today we know some foods are making a raise on migraine and people who are migraine sensitive to some food must do a good diet. The last report on which foods are triggering the migraine gave us some shocking food names. On this report cheese, chocolate, ice cream, alcoholic drinks, especially red wine and beer is causing migraine crisis. A migraines and diet is to avoid eating this migraine related foods. There are also some country specified foods that triggering migraine. In example Monosodium glutamate that is using widely in China is creating bad migraine crisis.

Stomach migraines are abdominal pain that lasts from one to two days in the absence of any other digestive cause.

There are eight symptoms that are most characteristic of stomach migraines. These symptoms include severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhoea, vision problems (such as sensitivity to light), dizziness, and fever.
In some cases sufferers may also complain of an increased sensitivity to sound and a general feeling of soreness of the body. Some individuals have also reported experiencing a flushing of the face, or a loss of colour to the face, also known as pallor.

- Diet restriction in migraine -

Following a 6-week baseline, IgG antibodies against 266 food antigens were detected by ELISA. Then, the patients were randomised to a 6-week diet either excluding or including specific foods with raised IgG antibodies, individually. Following a 2-week diet-free interval after the first diet period, the same patients were given the opposite 6-week diet (provocation diet following elimination diet or vice versa). Patients and their physicians were blinded to IgG test results and the type of diet (provocation or elimination). Primary parameters were number of headache days and migraine attack count. Of 30 patients, 28 were female and 2 were male, aged 19–52 years (mean, 35?±?10 years).
Results: The average count of reactions with abnormally high titre was 24?±?11 against 266 foods. Compared to baseline, there was a statistically significant reduction in the number of headache days (from 10.5?±?4.4 to 7.5?±?3.7; P?<?0.001) and number of migraine attacks (from 9.0?±?4.4 to 6.2?±?3.8; P?<?0.001) in the elimination diet period.
Conclusion: This is the first randomised, cross-over study in migraineurs, showing that diet restriction based on IgG antibodies is an effective strategy in reducing the frequency of migraine attacks. Migraines and diet
